BROOKE`S BIO

Brooke is a mom of three, and has been teaching Pilates professionally for seventeen years. She grew up loving dance and yoga and incorporates these two elements into her style of teaching.

She began her Pilate’s career with a Balanced Body certification from Core Conditioning in Los Angeles, California. Now she involves herself in teaching in home private sessions, private and group reformer classes, online Zoom classes, and group classes for corporations and other fitness facilities.

Brooke specializes in mind body awareness and improved core strength. She has an intimate knowledge of the anatomical structures and functions of the human body. She also has a personal and intricate understanding of the therapeutic advantages Pilates contributes to debilitating conditions.

Brooke teaches that control of the body can be placed back in the hands of the individual, thus giving them confidence in themselves, and strength and balance that equips them for everyday life. She uses the wisdom of Pilates and her extensive background in dance, nutrition, and fitness to empower her clients.
